Located in Üzümlü, a unique area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most beautiful holiday destinations, our villa has a capacity of 6 guests and offers a secluded setting within nature, boasting stunning sea views and privacy. Our villa is ideal for honeymoon couples and nuclear families.

Room Information:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 3: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Room Information:

Our villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils to meet your needs. The living room includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other furnishings.

Pool Information:

Our villa features a private swimming pool measuring 3 x 8.40 meters with a depth of 1.37 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of ₺5,000 (Turkish Lira) is collected in cash upon arrival and will be returned in cash upon your departure after a satisfactory inspection for any damages.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly once a day by our staff.
• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. No additional fees are charged.
• The villa is delivered to you clean and prepared, and a weekly cleaning service is provided.

NOTE: An extra cleaning fee of ₺5,000 (Turkish Lira) applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.
