Villa Yunus Emre; 

              This villa is located Üzümlü, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, surrounded by nature. Our villa where you watch the unique sunset, have a romantic holiday here at Villa Yunus Emre. Also our conservative friends and families can be at peace of ming as our villa is enclosed.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, a balcony, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 4.5*10 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters

               The shallow pool that can be used as a childs pool measures at 3*6 meters with a depth of 40cm

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period is 5 nights. İf you plan to stay less than 5 nights, there will be an extra fee of 2.000 for cleaning.
