Villa White Smith; 

                   This villa is located Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 6 people. İt is a magnificent villa view with a sea view where you will experience peace and happiness, where you will have a pleasant holiday with your friends and family and where you can enjoy a holiday in an infinity pool.  

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, a jacuzzi, a balcony, a dressing table, a chest of drawers,  a hairdryer, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, a hairdryer,  air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    3.Bedroom:   2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, a hairdryer,  air conditioner and you can find a bathroom.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our infinity pool measures at 3.7*11.5 meters and a depth of 1.5 meters

               The childrens  pool measures at 1.5*2 meters with a depth of 0.5 meters

               Our indoor pool measures at 4*9 with a depth of 1.5 meters

NOTE: The indoor pool has a daily fee of 1.000TL. İn the winter season, if your stay is over 7 nights there will be no fee for the heating in the pool.

NOTE: There is a daily fee o 1.250TL for the floor heating.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 5.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 5.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Pool and maintenance will come daily. 

NOTE: The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights. There will be a fee of of 3.000TL for cleaning if you stay under 7 nights.
