Accommodation Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing delicious meals. The comfortable living area provides a relaxing space with a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool Information:

Enjoy refreshing dips in your private pool, measuring 5 x 6 meters and 1.50 meters deep.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of 3,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be returned in cash upon check-out provided no damage is found.

General Information:

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff. Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival.

Please Note:

• The minimum stay throughout the season is 3 nights.
• A supplementary cleaning fee of 3,000 TL applies to stays shorter than 7 nights.
