Villa Tüfekçi;

            This villa is located in Kayaköy, one of the unique holiday resorts in Fethiye, with a capacity of 4 people, a childs pool and is surrounded by nature.

Do not be late for the holiday of a lifetime.

Room information:

              1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom and a toilet.

              2. Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, air conditoner and you can find a bathroom and a toilet. 

Mutfak ve Salon Bilgileri;

                Villamızda tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacak şekilde yeterli mutfak araç gereçleri ve ayrıca salonumuzda TV, oturma grubu, sehpa vb. eşyalar bulunmaktadır.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.

Havuz Bilgileri; 

                Villamızın, 3,5 * 7,5 metre ebatlarında 1,5 metre derinliğinde havuzu bulunmaktadır.

Pool information:

             Our pool measures 3.5*7.5 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters.

Damage deposit: 

              Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.000TL of deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us, we will have the villa checked for damage, if no problems occur you may recieve your 2.000TL.

İmportant information:

         Pool and garden maintenance come once everyday. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE: The minimum rental period for the whole year is a 4 nights. There will be a fee of 1.250TL for cleaning if you stay under 5 nights.
