Villa Tayyar; 

           This  villa is located in the İslamlar area of Kalkan. one of the unique holiday resırts of Antalya, with a capacity of 4 people, Villa Tayyar is surrounded by nature,  a turkish bath, a sauna, a childs pool, an indoor heated pool and a pinball machine.

Dont be late for the holiday of your dreams.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe, a chest of drawers, air conditioner    

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

Outdoor pool: 3.5*9 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters

İndoor heated pool: 3*5 meters  and a depth of 1.40 meters

Chidrens pool: 2*2 meters and a depth of 50cm.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Daily there will be pool and garden maintenance.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 4 nights . There will be a fee of 1500TL for cleaning if you stay is under 6 nights

NOTE: Between 1 October and 30 April, indoor pool heating fee is included in the price. In other periods, it is activated for 600 TL per day.
