Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a bathtub wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    3.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom 

                     4.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen including a coffe and tea machine, a toast machine. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                 The villa`s pool measures at 7.50* 12.5  meters and a depth of 1.40 meters

                Our  indoor heated pool measures at 3*9 meters and a depth of 1.25 meters

NOTE: For the heating for the indoor pool and the turkish bath the daily fee is £30 

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide £130 for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you £130 back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. You will  find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. For extra clean towels, bed sheets etc there will be an extra fee.

NOTE: For the minimum rental period is 5 nights. Accommation for a stay less than 5 nights may be offered to the villa owner. For a stay 5 nights or less there will be a cleaning  fee of £80.
