Kitchen and Living Room Information:

A fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs, featuring modern appliances and a complete set of utensils. The inviting living space offers a relaxing atmosphere with a TV for entertainment, comfortable seating arrangements, a convenient coffee table, and other tasteful furnishings to enhance your stay.

Pool Information:

A private swimming pool, measuring 4 x 8 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters, provides a refreshing escape and a perfect setting for enjoying the Mediterranean sunshine.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of ₺5,000 (Turkish Lira) is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon your departure, provided no issues are identified during the final inspection.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly once a day by our staff.
• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. No additional fees are charged.
• The villa is delivered to you clean and ready for your stay.

NOTE: The minimum rental period throughout the season is 3 nights. An extra cleaning fee of ₺2,000 (Turkish Lira) applies for stays shorter than 6 nights.
