Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living area includes a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

The villa has a swimming pool measuring 3.5 x 6 meters with a depth of 1.60 meters, and a shallow pool measuring 3 x 3.5 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺2,500 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be refunded in cash upon departure, provided no damage is found during the final inspection.

General Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly by our staff once a day.
• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. No additional charges apply.
• The villa is delivered clean and prepared on the day of your arrival and is cleaned once a week.

Minimum Stay:

• The minimum rental period for the entire 2024 season is 4 nights.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺1,500 (Turkish Lira) is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.
