Villa Suelka; 

                   This villa is located in Patara, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 2 people and view of the mountains. Our villa is specially designed for conservative friends and families, our pool is not visible from the outside so you can relax and enjoy your holiday.

An unforgettable holiday awaits you at Villa Suelka, its located 2km away from Patara beach, where you watch the beautiful sunset.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 3.5*6 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters and a shallow pool that measures 3*35 meters 

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.500TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2.500TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOT:  2024 Yılı Tüm sezonda minimum kiralama süresi 4 gecedir. 7 geceden daha az konaklamalar için ekstra 1.000 TL temizlik ücreti talep edilir.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the year 2024 is 4 nights . There will be a fee of 1.000TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
