Villa Spring Uno;

              This villa is located in Kördere in Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of4 people. Villla Spring Uno offers a view of the sea,  a small gym and a heated pool.  This is one of our conservative villas that is loved by a small family and even people on their honeymoon.

NOTE: We have Spring due villa underneath this villa. İf desired and available, rental together for large familes can be done. Also the entrances are on seperates sides.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, a jacuzzi,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our  pool measures at 3.5*8.5 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters

               The inside heated pool measures at 2*4 meters and a depth of 1.20 meters

NOTE: Between the dates of 1 October- 1 April the fee for the heating system is 500TL.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 4.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 4.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 3 nights . There will be a fee of 2.000TL for cleaning if you stay is under 5 nights
