Villa Serender; 

          This is one of conservative villas located in Çavdır, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Fethiye, with a capacity of 4 people and a large garden.

Do not be late for the holiday of a lifetime.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, indoor heated jacuzzi pool,  air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa  provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.  

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 4*9 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters

               The indoor heated jacuzzi measures at 2*4 meters with a depth of 0.90 meters.

NOTE:  For the heating system in the pool there will be a daily fee of 500TL

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 1.500TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 1.500TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE: The minimum rental period is 5 nights. There will be a cleaning fee of 1.200TL for any stay under 7 nights.
