Villa Sedef 1; 

        This villa is located in Kalamar, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts. Our villa has 6 bedrooms and the bathroom is shared in the single bedroom for 2 people.

This villa is a perfect fit for a big family or a group of friends, you will be guarnteed an amazing and an  enjoyable holiday whilst having a barbeque.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa  provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.  

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 5*10 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 5.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 5.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. You will  find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. Daily there will be pool and garden maintenanace.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights . There will be a fee of 4.500TL for cleaning if you stay is under 6 nights
