Villa Safran View; 

          This villa is one of our luxury villas and is located in Kalamar in Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 8 people. Villa Safran View is surrounded by nature, has a sea view and is close to markets and close to entertainment venues.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, a TV,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    3.Bedroom:  1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom and a terrace with a jacuzzi. 

                    4.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our heated pool measures at 5*13 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide £200 for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you £200 back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights . There will be a fee of £110 for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
