              This villa is located in Kalamar in Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 11 people.  Villa Safran County is close to the town, surrounded in nature and has a view of the sea.

                     4.Bedroom: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, a TV, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                     5.Bedroom: 1 doube bed, a TV, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our  pool measures at 7*13 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide £300 for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you £300 back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights . There will be a fee of £110 for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
