This villa features five bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Offers two single beds, a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Provides two single beds, a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: Features a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 5: Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

A well-equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The inviting living area features comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

The private pool measures 4m x 8m with a depth of 1.60m.

Damage Deposit:

Guests are required to pay a 7,000 TL security deposit in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property after departure.

General Information:

Weekly rental rates include utilities (electricity, water, and gas). The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to each arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided in each bedroom. Daily pool and garden maintenance is included. Additional cleaning services, fresh towels, or linen changes can be arranged for an extra charge.

Important Information:

Guests are required to book a minimum of four nights. For stays shorter than six nights, an additional cleaning fee of 6,000 TL will be charged.
