           This is villa is located in Kalamar, Kalkan with a capacity of 8 people. Villa rosy is only 1km away from beach, with 4 rooms, this villa would be very fitting for a family or group of friends.

Room information:

               1 bedroom: 1 king bed, a jacuzzi, a air conditoner, a bathroom and toilet and a hairdryer

               2 bedroom: 1 king bed, a jacuzzi, a air conditoner, a bathroom and toilet and a hairdryer

               3 bedroom: 1 king bed, a jacuzzi, a air conditoner, a bathroom and toilet and a hairdryer

               4 bedroom: 2 single beds, a jacuzzi, a air conditoner, a bathroom and toilet and a hairdryer

   Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.         

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Pool and garden maintenance will come daily. 

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

  Pool information:

                Our  pool measures at 4*11 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters       

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 7 nights . There will be a fee of 3.000TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
