Villa Riverside Aspendoş;

                    Our villa, located in Seydikemer district, 18km away from Fethiye, being on the most unique holiday resorts of Mugla. İt offers you a beautiful and peaceful holiday as your nearby nature. Our villa with a jacuzzi also appeals to honeymoon couples and provides accomadation of 4 people.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, TV, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our Pool is 4*8 meters long and 1.50 meters deep

                Our child pool is 2*2 meters long with a depth of 0.50 meters.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 3 nights . There will be a fee of 1000TL  for cleaning if you stay is under 7  nights
