Villa Red

Villa Red; 

              This is one of our conservative villas located in th İslamlar area of Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 2 people and is surrounded by nature. We have a indoor heated pool in our villa for your friends, family or even a couple on their honeymoon to enjoy and to relax.

Do not be late for the holiday of a lifetime.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa  provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.  

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 3.5*8 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters

              Additionally, the indoor heated pool measures at 2.5*4 meters with a depth of 1 meter.

NOTE: Between the dates of 2 October- 10 May the fee for the heating system in the pool and the floor is already included. For the other months there will be a weekly fee of 3.000TL.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. You will  find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. 

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 7 nights. There will be a fee of 1.000TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
