Villa Primavera; 

               It is one of our villas with a capacity of 8 people, sea view, cinema hall and gym, located in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts of Antalya. Our villa also has a billiard table, table tennis, parking for 2 cars and a laundry room.

Room Information;

               1 Bedroom;  1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

               2. Bedroom; 1 double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

               3. Bedroom;  2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

               4. Bedroom;  2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 4.5*11 meters and a depth of 1.7 meters you can also find a jacuzzi

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Daily there will be pool and garden maintenance. 

NOTE: The minimum rental period during the summer season is 7 nights. Accommodation for less than 7 nights may be requested to the villa owner. For stays of less than 7 nights, an extra 1.250 TL cleaning fee is required.
