Located in the charming Ordu area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most beautiful holiday destinations, Villa Porto Mini offers an intimate and relaxing escape for couples and small families. This delightful villa boasts stunning sea views and provides a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for a romantic getaway or a peaceful family vacation.

Accommodation Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The comfortable living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for a relaxing stay.

Pool Area:

Guests can enjoy a private 3.5 x 8 meter pool with a depth of 1.55 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of 3,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be returned in cash upon check-out, provided no damage or loss is found during the final inspection.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by our dedicated staff.
• Electricity, water, and gas expenses are included in the rental price, ensuring a hassle-free stay.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival and is cleaned once a week during your stay.

Please Note:

• The minimum rental period is 3 nights throughout the season.
• A supplementary cleaning fee of 2,000 TL applies to all stays shorter than 5 nights.
