Villa Payam; 

              This villa is located in Sarıbelen, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 4 people and view of the mountains. Villa Payam is a great choice for couple on their honeymoon and our conservative friends can be at peace of mind here. You will find that our villa is in the middle of nature, clean and fresh air, you can also hear the noises of the birds. An unforgettavle holiday awaits you.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa  provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.  

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 4*10.50 meters and a depth of 1.55 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the summer is 5 nights, any other months the minimum stay is 4 nights. There will be a fee of 2.000TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
