Villa Merak; 

           This villa is located in Akbel, Kalkan with a capacity of 12 people.

Villa Merak is one of our luxuorious villas with an amazing sea view and  perfect for a large and busy family or even a group of friends. 

Room İnformation:

         All rooms include a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a dressiing table, a hair dryer, a bathroom and a toilet.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 4.5*13 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 7.500TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 7.500TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. You will  find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. Daily pool and gardeb maintenance will come

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 4 nights . There will be a fee of 3.500TL for cleaning if you stay is under 5 nights
