Villa Mehtap; 

                   This is one of our luxurious villa that is located in the center of Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts of Antalya, with a sea view and a capacity of 11 people. Villa Mehtap is in walking distance of markets and entertainment venues. Our villa is perfectly fitting for a big family or a group of friends.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    3.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom 

                     4.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                     5.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner

                     6.Bedroom:  You can find 1 single bed

NOTE:4 and 6 have a shared bathroom. 

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our sheltered pool measures 4*10 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 5.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 5.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights . There will be a fee of 4.000TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
