Villa Martin; 

  This villa is located in Yeşilköy, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 5 people.

Villa Martin is a great choice for family and friends and even couples on their honeymoons with a view of the mountains.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  1 double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa  provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.  

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 11*4 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.500TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2.500TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. You will  find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. Daiily there will be pool and garden mainetanance.

NOTE: The minimum rental period is 5 nights. Accommadtion under 5 nights can be requested to the villa owner. For any stay under 7 nights, there will be a fee of 1.500TL for cleaning.
