            This villa is one of our luxury villas  located the center Kalkan/Ortalan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 10 people. Also with the location its in a great area and would be perfect for a big family or a gorup of friends.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                  Our outside pool measures at 4.5*14.5 meters and a depth of 1.70 meters

                 Also our outside heated pool measures at 3*5 with a depth of 1.70 meters.

NOTE: The heating fee: The outdoor pool is 1.200TL daily, the indoor pool is 700TL daily.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 7.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 7.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 7 nights . There will be a fee of 5.000TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
