          This villa is located in Yeşilkoy in Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 5 people. Villla Lights River offers a view of the mountains,  a jacuzzi.  This villa is fitting for a  family or a group of friends and even for the conservative people.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, a jacuzzi  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  1 double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our  pool measures at 4*16 meters and a depth of 1.55 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2.000TL back.

 İmportant information: 

                 Pool and garden maintenance will come once every day. Also, the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have will have the villa cleaned and prepared for you on the day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 4 nights . There will be a fee of 1.500 for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
