Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom/WC, and sauna.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, and bedside table.
• Bedroom 3: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Pool:

The villa boasts a private swimming pool measuring 3.5 x 10 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances for preparing meals. The comfortable living area includes a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other amenities.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺5,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff.
• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. No additional fees will be charged for these.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival.

Note:

• The minimum rental period throughout the season is 4 nights.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺4,000 (Turkish Lira) is charged for stays shorter than 5 nights.
