     This villa is located in Yalı, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 4 people.Villa Kontes offers a sea view with a garden and is perfectly fitting for our conservative family and friends.

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, jacuzzi, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 3.5*9 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters

Hasar Depozitosu; 

               Villaya girişte nakit olarak 1.000 TL depozito alınmakta olup çıkışınız esnasında herhangi bir hasar, kayıp vb. ile karşılaşılmadığı taktirde sizlere geri iade edilir.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. You will  find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. There will be pool and garden amintenance everyday. 

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 3 nights . There will be a fee of 1.500TL for cleaning if you stay is under 5 nights
