Villa Kızıl Deniz; 

                 This villa is one of our conservative villas located in the worlds famous beach Patara, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 4 people, a sea view, surrounded by nature and a indoor heated pool.

Do not be late for holiday of a lifetime.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 3.5*10 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters

             The indoor heated pool measures at 2.5*4 meters.

NOTE: The heating system in the indoor pool will have a weekly fee of 7.000TL

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 5.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 5.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE: Between the dates of 15 June- 15 September the minimum rental period is 5 nights. For any other months the minimum stay is 3 nights. For any stay under 6 nights the minimum rental period is 2.000TL.
