This villa is located in Antalya in the unique Kalkan, Kordere, with a capacity for 4 people. This villa offers you an amazing view of the mountains and the sea. With our pool being sheltered and not visible to the public, you will be able to enjoy you rholiday with peace of mind with your concervative friends or family.

Room information:

1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner, jacuzzi and you can find a bathroom

2.Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information:

Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.

Pool information:

Our villa`s pool is 4*11 meters long with a depth of 1.50 meters.

General information:

The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. You will find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. Pool and garden maintenance will come once a day.

Damage deposit:

Upon check-in you will have to provide 2000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2000TL back.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for summer is 3 nights . There will be a fee of 700TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights

How can i make a reservation?

After selecting the dates and the number of people you want to stay, you will click on the CREATE REQUEST tab on right side of the page of the villa you wish to rent. İn the window that opens, you will have enter the information of the person who is making the reservation and then click on the SEND REQUEST button and your PRE-RESERVATİON request will be sent to us. Our sales team will immediatley contact (phone, e-mail, sms) inquiry of the request you have sent and send you the necessary payment information to confirm your booking request. After your payment have been recieved, your contract details for the villa will be sent vai e-mail or sms.
