                   This villa is located in Kalamar in Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 12 people. Villla Kayra  offers a view of the sea, a heated pool and 6 bedrooms meaning this would be very comfortable for a big family or a group of friends.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our  pool measures at 5*12 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters

NOTE: Heating fee is £30 between the 01 October- 01 May.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide £130 for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you £130 back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. 

NOTE: The minimum rental period for the whole year is 7 nights. Accommadation for less than 5 nights will have to be requested and waited for the approval from the villa owner. 5 nights or less there will be a fee of £80 for cleaning.
