Villa Kale 2

Villa Kale 2; 

              This villa is one of our conservative villas located in the İslamlar area of Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts of Antalya, with a capacity of 4 people. Villa Kale 2 is surrounded by nature, has a indoor heated pool, a sauna and a turkish bath. You and your friends or family can come and relax in the pool whilst having a barbeque.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  1 double bed, a jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 4*10 meters and a depth of 1.5 meters

              There is also a indoor heated pool.

NOTE: The heated pool is active untill 30 April 2024 and there is no fee.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2.000TL back.

NOTE: The last 100 meters of road on the way to our villa is a steep slope.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Every 2 days there will be pool and garden maintenace.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the summer is 5 nights . For any other dates the minimum rental period is 3 nights. There will be a fee of 1500TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
