               This villa is located in  in Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 6 people. Villla Kai offers a view of the sea, a children pool and luxury.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our heated pool measures at 4*9 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide £250 for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you £250 back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Pool and garden maintenance comes daily. 

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 3 nights . There will be a fee of £65 for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
