Villa İzo; 

            This villa is located in in Bezirgan, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 8 people, an amazing sea view. Our villa is surrounded by nature, an indoor pool, a turkish bath and a sauna. Your friends and family can have an amazing time here and have a barbeque whilst relaxing in the pool.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a jacuzzi, a balcony, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  1 double bed, a balcony, a wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    3.Bedroom:   2 single beds, wardrobe, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                     4.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our opened pool measures 4.5*10 meters and a depth of 1.55 meters

              Our indoor closed pool measures at 2*3.5 meters with a depth of 90cm.

NOTE: Between the dates of the 1 October- 15 May the heating system is available and a daily fee of 800TL.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. You will  find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. Daily there will be pool and gadren maintenace come.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 4 nights. There will be a fee of 2.500TL for cleaning if you stay is under 6 nights
