Villa İlker; 

        This villa is located in the Sarnıçbaşı area of Kördere, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 2 people. İt is one of our closed of villas which is very fitting for our conservative friends and famiy and also very ideal for a honeymoon.

    Don`t be late for a holiday beyond your dreams.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, jacuzzı, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc

Pool information:

                Our heated pool is 3.4*7.4  meters long and 1.45 meters deep.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2.000TL back.

İmportant information:

              Pool and garden maintenance come once everyday and electricity. water and gas is included in the total fee. Therefor no additonal fee will be requested. We will have the villa cleaned and prepared for you on the day of your arrival.

NOTE:  The minimum rental period for the full year is 3 nights. An extra fee of 1.000TL for cleaning will be applied for 3 nights and 4 nights.
