Villa Güneş; 

                 This is one of our 3 bedroom nature view villaa with an accomadtion capacity of 6 people, located in Üzümlü, Kalkan, one the unique holiday resorts in Antalya. Since the top terrace of our villa is not used and it is a sheltered villa, you can spend time in the pool area with a peace of mind and enjoy your holidays. 

Dont be late for a holiday beyond your dreams.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, a jacuzzi, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    3.Bedroom:  2 single beds wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom 

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our pool measures at 4*8 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters

              Also our shallow pool measures at 2*4 and a depth of 0.50 meters.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 4 nights . There will be a fee of 2.000TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
