• Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with toilet.
• Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with toilet.

Kitchen and living area
The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances for a convenient stay. The living room includes a TV, a comfortable seating area, a coffee table, and other essential furnishings.

Pool information
The villa has a private pool measuring 4x8 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters. Additionally, there is a children’s pool for younger guests.

Damage deposit
A refundable cash deposit of 3,000 TL is required upon check-in. If no damages, losses, or issues are found at check-out, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Important information

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff.
• Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the rental price, with no additional charges.
• The villa is delivered in a clean and ready-to-use condition.

• The minimum rental period is 3 nights throughout the season.
• For stays under 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 3,500 TL applies.
