• Bedroom 1: One double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, hair dryer, and en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 2: One double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, and hair dryer.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances to cater to your culinary needs. The comfortable living area includes a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other amenities for a relaxing stay.

Pool Details:

Guests can enjoy a private pool measuring 3.5 by 7 meters with a depth of 1.6 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 3,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided there are no damages or losses to the property.

General Information:

Your usage of electricity, water, and gas is included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room.

Note: The minimum stay is 3 nights. An extra cleaning fee of 2,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 5 nights.
