Villa Gelincik: A Serene Retreat with Infinity Pool and Sea Views in Kalkan's Akbel Area

Located in Akbel, a beautiful area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most stunning holiday destinations, Villa Gelincik offers a serene and unforgettable escape for up to two guests. This magnificent villa provides breathtaking nature and sea views, an infinity pool perfect for relaxation, and a peaceful atmosphere ideal for couples, small families, or friends seeking a tranquil getaway.

NOTE: The villa is located within a complex with 24/7 security camera surveillance at the entrance and a children's playground. Complimentary breakfast is served at the on-site restaurant (50 meters from the villa) from May 1st to October 31st. Breakfast can be delivered to the villa for a daily service fee of 600 TL.

Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: This comfortable bedroom features a double bed, a jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The inviting living room offers comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pools:

• Infinity Pool: The villa boasts a stunning infinity pool measuring 4 * 6.3 meters with a depth of 1.45 meters.
• Shallow Pool: There is also a shallow pool measuring 1.8 * 3.8 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 3,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred.

General Information:

• Utility costs (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is meticulously cleaned and prepared for each arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in all rooms.
• A dedicated villa attendant provides daily pool and garden maintenance.

NOTE: A minimum stay of three nights is required. Stays shorter than five nights are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 2,000 TL.
