Villa Fantastik

Villa Fantastik; 

           This is one of our conservative villas located in Üzümlü, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 6 people, surrrounded by nature, you willbe certian that you can enjoy your holiday. Our villa has a large pool terrace where you vhilds can have a safe holiday. Our pool can not be seen from the outside or the public so you be comfortable and have fun.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    3.Bedroom:   2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom 

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 3.5*8.5 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters and our indoor heated pool measures at 2*1.7 meters with a depth of 60cm.

NOTE: Between the dates of 15 June- 30 September, the heating systems fee is included in the total price. There will be a fee of 2.000TL between the dates of 20 October- 1 May. This villas heating in the pool is always active between the dates of 20 October- 1 May therefore if a guest wants to stay here will have to pay the fee.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 4 nights . There will be a fee of 4.000TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
