                This villa is located in Kızıltaş, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a large garden and pool, that is a perfect fit for a big family and a group of friends. Our villa is close to the center of Kalkan and has a sea view. An unforgettable holiday awaits you and your family.

Kitchen and lounge area information:

   Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.

Pool information:

                Our pool measures 5*20 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters and our childs pool measures 5*5 meters with a depth of 0.30 meters.

Damage deposit:

        Upon check in you will have to provide 2.000 pounds for deposit. Once your stay gas came to an end with us, we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur, you may recieive  your 2.000 pounds back.

 İmportant information: 

                 Pool and garden maintenance will come once every day. Also, the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have will have the villa cleaned and prepared for you on the day of arrival.

NOTE: The minimum rental period for the whole year is 7 nights.
