• Note: The villa is located on the upper floor of a two-story building with separate entrances for each floor.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The living area offers comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool Information:

The villa boasts a private pool measuring 3 x 7 meters and 1.50 meters deep.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of 3,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be returned upon check-out provided there are no damages.

General Information:

Weekly rental rates include electricity, water, and gas usage. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before your arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided in each room. Extra cleaning, fresh towels, and linen changes are available for an additional fee.

• The minimum stay throughout the season is 3 nights.
• A supplementary cleaning fee of 2,000 TL applies to stays shorter than 6 nights.
