Villa Egem

Villa Egem ; 

                This is one of our conservative villas, located in Ordu, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 2 people, surrounded by nature and here you will experience peace and happiness.

Do not be late for the holiday of a lifetime.

Room information:

                     1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen and lounge area information:

          Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.

Havuz Bilgileri; 

                Villamızda,  4 *8 metre ebatlarında, 1,55 metre derinliğinde havuz bulunmaktadır.

                                     2 *5 metre ebatlarında, 0,90 metre derinliğinde kapalı havuz bulunmaktadır.

Not; Kapalı havuz ısıtma sistemi 1 Ekim - 1 Mayıs tarihleri arasında aktiftir. Bu tarihlerde havuz ısıtma ücretsizdir.

Pool information:

              Our pool measures 4*8 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters

              The indoor pool measures at 2*5 meters with a depth of 0.90 meters.

NOTE: Between the dates of the 1 October- 1 May the heating system in the pool is active and between these dates there will be no fee.

Damage deposit:

        Upon check in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay gas came to an end with us, we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur, you may recieive  your 3.000TL back.

İmportant information: 

                 Pool and garden maintenance will come once every day. Also, the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have will have the villa cleaned and prepared for you on the day of arrival.

NOTE: Between the dates of 1 May- 31 October the minimum rental period is 5 nights. For any other dates, the minimum stay is 4 nights. There will be a fee of 1.500TL requested for cleaning, if any stay is under 7 nights.
