         This villa is located in Ovacık/Ölüdeniz  in Fethiye, one of the unique holiday resorts in Muğla, with a capacity of 8 people.

Room information: 

                   1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                The pool measures at 4*8 meters and  a depth of 1.50 meters

                Our indoor  heated pool measures at 4*8meters and a depth of 1.50 meters

For the heated pool is included in the total amount between these dates 1 November - 1 April. For any other dates the daily fee is 750TL.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.500TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2.500TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you Daily there will be pool and garden maintenance.

NOTE: Untill the 31st of March there will  be a cleaning fee of 2.500TL for any stay under 7 nights.
