Villa Edu Premium; 

It is one of our nature and sea view villas with an accommodation capacity of 6 people, located in the Üzümlü area of Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts of Antalya. Our villa is specially designed for our conservative families and honeymooners. Our villa has a Turkish bath, sauna, gym and cinema room.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a jacuzzi heated pool, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  1 double bed, a jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    3.Bedroom:   2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom 

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

          Our villa measures at 4*11 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters.

          The heated pool measures at 2.5*4 meters with a depth 1.40 meters

NOTE: Our heating system is active between 01 November - 31 March and is included in the price. If requested in other months, an extra fee of 500 TL per day is required. Pool heating requests must be reported 2 days before the check-in date.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE: The minimum rental period for the whole year is 4 nights. There will be a fee of of 900TL for cleaning if you stay under 7 nights until 1st April.
