Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, a wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe, a bathtub  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area  and all the rooms you may find a  LCD TV, a sound system, a sofa set and a coffee table, a modern toilet and a exit to the pool terrace.  

Pool information:

         Our pool is 4*12 meters long and 1.65 meters deep.

         Additionally, there is a shallow pool measuring 3*6.5 meters with a depth of 0.20 meters.

         Also our childrens pool measures at 2.5*1.50 meters wıth a depth of 0.25 meters.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Also pool and garden maintenance comes once a day. 

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2.000TL back.

NOTE: 2024 year the minimum stay will be 5 nights. However if you plan to stay less than 7 nights there will be a 2.000TL fee for cleaning.
