Located in a central area of Fethiye Ölüdeniz, Villa Defne 1 is a detached villa offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Ideal for a relaxing holiday, the villa features a private swimming pool and a children's pool. Two bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms, while the other two share a common bathroom. All rooms, including the living room, are air-conditioned. The villa is just 4 km from Ölüdeniz Beach and within walking distance to restaurants, markets, and public transport. Additionally, three similar villas are available next to each other, making it an excellent choice for large family groups.

Note: Only Villa 1 has a children’s pool.

Kitchen and Living Room Details:

Equipped with all the essential kitchenware, the villa offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. The living room includes a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other furnishings.

Pool Details:

The villa features a 7 x 3-meter pool with a depth of 1.60 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A 5,000 TL damage deposit is required upon check-in. If no damages, loss, or issues are reported at check-out, the deposit will be refunded.

General Information:

• Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the weekly rate.
• The villa is delivered clean, with fresh towels, linens, and all necessary essentials.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by the villa staff.

Note: The minimum rental period is 3 nights throughout the season. For stays shorter than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 3,500 TL applies.
