Villa Dede C ;

             This villa is located in Ovacık, Fethiye, one of the uniue holiday resorts in Muğla, with a capacity of 8 people, surrounded by nature, with a large garden. The world famous beach in Ölüdeniz is only 6km away from the villa, there is also a turkish bath, sauna and an indoor heated pool.

Room information:

                     1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom and toilet.

                     2. Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, TV, wardrobe, dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom and toilet.

                     3. Bedroom: 2 single beds, TV, wardrobe, dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom and toilet

                     4. Bedroom: 2 single beds, TV, wardrobe, dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen and lounge area information:

           Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.

 Pool information:

              Our pool measures 5*8 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters

              The indoor pool measures at 3*5 meters witth a depth of 1.40 meters.

NOTE: Between the dates of 1 January- 30 April the heating system for the pool has a daily fee of 750TL. For the heating in the pool to be active we must be informed atleast 3 days in advance.

Damage deposit:

              Upon check in you will have to provide 2.500TL for deposit. Once your stay gas came to an end with us, we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur, you may recieive  your 2.500TL back.

 İmportant information: 

                 Pool and garden maintenance will come once every day. Also, the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have will have the villa cleaned and prepared for you on the day of arrival.

NOTE: The minimum rental period for the  months of July- August is 7 nights. Accommadations of less than 7 nights, if approved and there is calender availability. Any other dates, the minimum stay is 5 nights. For any stay under 7 nights, there will be a fee of 2.000TL for cleaning.
