Villa Cengiz: A Private Family Retreat with Jacuzzi and Games in Kalkan's Sarıbelen

Located in the serene Sarıbelen area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most stunning holiday destinations, Villa Cengiz offers a private and fun-filled getaway for families and small groups of up to four guests. This villa boasts a range of amenities, including a jacuzzi, table tennis, PlayStation, and a children's play area, ensuring entertainment for all ages.

Important Note: The property owners' parents reside in the upper floor of the villa from July onwards. However, the entrances are completely separate, and the pool area is entirely private and not visible from their residence.

Accommodation Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The comfortable living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for a relaxing stay.

Outdoor Oasis:

• Private Pool: Enjoy a refreshing swim in the private 4 x 8 meter pool (1.55 meters deep).
• Entertainment: Have fun with table tennis and PlayStation.
• Children's Play Area: A dedicated children's play area is available, providing a safe and enjoyable space for younger guests. [Describe the play area in more detail if possible - swings, slide, etc.]

Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be returned upon check-out after a satisfactory inspection.

General Information:

• All utility expenses (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by our dedicated staff.

Please Note:

• The minimum stay is 3 nights.
• A supplementary cleaning fee of 2,500 TL applies to stays shorter than 7 nights.
