                This villa is located in Kızıltaş in Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a4 bedrooms and accommodation of 8 people. This villa has a view of mountains and the sea.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, a jacuzzi, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our  pool measures at 4*10 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters

              Our child pool measures at 3*4 and a depth of 0.45 meters.

Near the indoor pool you will find a pool table, pinball. sports area. a bar, a turkish bath and a sauna.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 5.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 5.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period is 5 nights. There will be a fee of £115 for cleaning if you stay is under 5 nights
